All of our youth-focused programmes will have a unique differentiator from most organisations - we co-design with young people to be real partners in change. Youth have long been a neglected, underserved and misunderstood population.

The result is that many programs designed to help them do not respond with viable solutions to the problems young people face, offering little and short-term access to these solutions and services.

  • We build a long-term solution with a holistic approach, focusing on the causes of youth unemployment.
  • Building an ecosystem at the heart of which are students and young people up to the age of 31, through a SaaS platform to be able to involve as many private, state and business actors in our programmes as possible and ensuring that our programmes have a lasting effect - even long after they have ended.
  • We create cohesion through Youth Internship Programmes, which are most effective when combined with other holistic interventions such as mentoring and transferable skills. That's why we include on-the-job training and coaching as well as mentoring for sector-specific skills in our internship programmes. Together, these skills help young jobseekers integrate easily and quickly into the workplace and become high performers in a very short period of time.
  • We are launching a business incubator to be able to encourage, support, work with and coordinate young entrepreneurs through idea development to concept and prototype to first phase funding.
  • We offer financing opportunities for entrepreneurs through partnerships, programmes and projects as well as business assistance and consultancy during the growth of the company.
  • We launch this concept nationally, in each county capital city in order to maximize the economic and social impact.
  • Facilitate networking and global connection with different users of the platform: students, mentors, trainers, entrepreneurs, partners, sponsors.
  • Organize events and workshops on various topics supported by partners, collaborators and entrepreneurs.
  • We create a community centered around young people that will develop over time and respond to the dynamics and needs of young people.
